  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders are typically completed within 7-10 days (plus shipping/delivery) from the time you place your order depending on how many orders were placed ahead of you. Timing may vary during our busier seasons so please let us know if you need your order rushed. We try to work as fast as possible without sacrificing quality. Once your order is complete we will package it up and either let you know we will be delivering if you are ten (10) miles or less to our location (02038) or getting ready to ship.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We are willing to ship anywhere. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and based on the weight of order. You have the option whether or not you want to add a “Cold-Pack Shipper” if you are shipping the order to a warm climate to prevent them from melting.
  • What if I am shipping to a warm climate?
    If you are shipping to a warm climate, we of course don’t want your D’Lish! treats to melt so suggest you add a Cold-Pack Shipper ($6.50) for extra assurance that your order arrives in perfect condition. These are non toxic water-based gel refrigerant shipping packs specifically designed and engineered for COLD transport and storage of perishable items and shipping heat sensitive products. They are environmentally friendly and Latex free. They are sealed in thermal pouches that act as a barrier against the conduction, convection and radiant heat transfer (foil reflects 97% of radiant heat). One Cold-Pack Shipper will keep your Box of Six (6) and/or Box of Twelve (12) Customized Oreos from melting. For larger orders, contact us for recommendations. NOTE: We are not responsible for the melting of any products once it has shipped.
  • Are your desserts safe for those with allergies & food sensitivities?
    We use a very high quality (and mouth watering) chocolate, not traditional candy melts. Our chocolate is Peanut Free, Tree Nut Free, Egg Free and our Milk and Dark Chocolate is Gluten Free/Celiac Safe and is manufactured and packaged in facilities that DO NOT allow exposure to Peanuts, Wheat/Gluten, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Sesame, Fish, or Crustacean. All of the chocolate products however DO contain milk (or lactose) and clearly specify milk or lactose as an ingredient. We also carry Gluten Free Oreos. If this is of interest, when checking out, in the Special Instructions section, please specify Gluten Free Oreos. While our chocolate itself is not made using soy, the product may be packaged on equipment that also packages products that contain soy and our Oreos and Graham crackers are not soy free. All of our products use different ingredients. Click HERE for the complete list. We are careful to prevent cross contamination so that everyone can enjoy our treats!
  • How long will my items last?
    We heat seal all of our sugar cookies in individual cello-bags therefore they will last approximately three (3) to four (4) weeks as long as they are kept at room temperature. It is not recommended to put the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer as condensation may form causing the image to run. Our chocolate covered Oreos and graham crackers can last approximately six (6) weeks as long as they are kept in an air tight container at room temperature. Do NOT put them in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Can I place a large order?
    Absolutely! Our order form allows you to order as many items as you would like. If placing a very large order, please contact us to see if we have any promotions going on at the time you are ordering.
  • What if I can’t decide what images I should upload?
    We love being creative so if you don’t have any specific photos, logos, or images you want to upload, in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS at Check Out, let us know what you are looking for and we are happy to assist with some ideas.
  • What if my image quality isn’t great?
    Photos and images that are a minimum of 300 dpi work best but we are always happy to try to adjust the resolution for you once we receive it. In addition, if we receive a photo/logo with minimal scratches, tears or discolor we're happy to fix it at no additional charge. We will also contact you (time permitting) if we feel your photo/logo will not work well. We reserve the right to edit text & text color to make the best possible image and will contact you if we feel this is a significant edit. Photos/logos colors may vary slightly due to ink and icing.
  • Returns
    We do our very best to make sure your order arrives in the best condition as we take great care in how we package your items. If your product does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will request you take a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and if approved, we will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund. In addition, we work very hard to match the colors of your photos and images to be as close to the originals as possible. We however cannot always guarantee they will match exactly. If you're concerned about how the colors will turn out, please contact us.
