If you are shipping to a warm climate (and this time of the year everywhere seems warm), we of course don’t want your D’Lish! treats to melt so suggest you add a Cold-Pack Shipper for extra assurance that your order arrives in perfect condition.

 

We are not responsible for the melting of any products once it has shipped.

 

One Cold-Pack Shipper will keep your Box of Six (6) and/or Box of Twelve (12) Customized Oreos from melting. For larger orders, contact us for recommendations.

  • We do our very best to make sure your order arrives in the best condition as we take great care in how we package your items. If your product does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). We will request you take a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and if approved, we will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund.

    In addition, we work very hard to match the colors of your photos and images to be as close to the originals as possible. We however cannot always guarantee they will match exactly. If you're concerned about how the colors will turn out, please contact us.

  • We are willing to ship anywhere. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and based on the weight of order. You have the option whether or not you want to add a “Cold-Pack Shipper” if you are shipping the order to a warm climate to prevent them from melting.
